How long are EmailShots stored for?

Short answer: it depends. Long answer: we plan to provide configurable retention periods per EmailShot. For now, EmailShots are guaranteed to be available for 30 days since their creation.

I found a bug! What do I do?

First of all, sorry about that! While we work hard and follow software development best practices (automated testing, code reviews, etc.), bugs might still happen. If you spot a bug, please report it to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Does EmailShot.io follow Google's API Services User Data Policy?

Yes! EmailShot.io's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
